Returns & Refunds

At Revolution Scrubs, we specialise in supplying used ex-British Superbike Championship (BSB) race tyres. Every tyre is individually photographed, honestly graded, and described as accurately as possible.

Please note that these are used racing tyres and should not be expected to have the appearance, condition, or lifespan of new tyres. Cosmetic marks, heat cycles, rubber pickup, and other signs of race or test use are normal and should be expected. By purchasing from Revolution Scrubs, you acknowledge that you are buying a used motorsport product.

Returns

As each tyre is individually photographed and accurately described, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or expected the tyre to be in new condition.

Returns will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

• We supplied the wrong tyre.
• The tyre received differs significantly from its description or photographs.
• The item has been damaged during transit.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where applicable.

Return Postage

Where a return has been agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error, such as supplying the wrong tyre or an item that differs significantly from its description. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it has been safely received by us.

Refunds

Once the returned tyre has been received and inspected, we will process the appropriate refund or replacement where applicable. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned tyre has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a different condition from that in which it was supplied.
